3. Return Postage Fee: The buyer is responsible for the return postage fee for damaged items. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage, we will process a refund for the item value. The buyer will not be reimbursed for the return postage fee.
